Electronic properties of alloys of the binary systems $\rm Cu$–$\rm Te{,}\,\rm Cu$–$\rm Se$, and $\rm Cu$–$\rm S$ in the liquid state
Annotation
Experimental results are presented of a study of the electric conductivity, thermal emf, and Hall effect of binary alloys of the systems $\rm Cu$–$\rm Te{,}\,\rm Cu$–$\rm Se$, and $\rm Cu$–$\rm S$ in the liquid state in an extended range of temperatures. A method is described for studying the electric conductivity and thermal emf of melts which permits measurements at high temperatures up to $1800^{\circ}$ K.
