Thermodynamic and physical simulation of a high-temperature proton-exchange membrane fuel cell
Annotation
To simplify thermodynamic modeling of hybrid power plants, a zero-dimensional model of a fuel cell has been developed. It can also serve as an interface between the physical model of the fuel cell and the rest of the power plant. As an example, the article considers a high-temperature proton-exchange membrane fuel cell with generated heat utilization in the Rankine cycle. The heat balance of a hybrid power plant is calculated using the composite $TQ$ diagrams for heat sources and sinks.
