Thermodynamically Consistent Calculation of the Debye Temperature Using Thermophysical Data
Annotation
Equations are obtained which must be satisfied by the temperature dependence of the Debye temperature (Θ(T)) so that the thermodynamic functions calculated on its basis would satisfy both the third principle of thermodynamics and the law of equipartition of energy over degrees of freedom. A general expression for the function (Θ(T)) is obtained, which satisfies these thermodynamic regularities.
