Procedure for measuring the electrophysical characteristics and kinetics of electronegative gas
The experimental procedure and basic processes affecting the dynamics of radiation-induced electrical conductivity in electronegative ($\mathrm{SF}_6$) gas are analyzed. It is demonstrated that in the range of SF6 gas pressure from $10$ to $100$ torr the measurement error of this procedure does not exceed $10\%$.
