Relations in direct pressure discontinuities for flows of nondissociating real gases
The many relations in the literature for the pressure discontinuities of real but nondissociating gases are based on laws of an ideal gas state, which imposes great constraints on investigations associated with real gas flows. The use of gas-dynamic dependences based on ideal gases for real gas flows leads to significant error. In the present work, new relations for direct pressure discontinuities in real gas flows are obtained.
