Heat Exchange Peculiarities at Boiling of Dielectric Liquid on Nonuniform Surfaces under External Electric Fields
Annotation
The peculiarities of heat exchange and hydrodynamics are studied experimentally at nitrogen boiling on surfaces with different types of nonuniformities under the influence of external electric fields. It is demonstrated that the main mechanisms of the intensification of heat exchange is the formation of field traps and the change in the hydrodynamics of two-phase streams caused by this effect in the vicinity of a heated surface.
