Electrophysical Parameters and Composition of a DC Glow Discharge Plasma in $\mathrm{HBr}$/$\mathrm{H}_2$ Mixtures
Annotation
Model investigations of the effect of the initial composition of a $\mathrm{HBr}$/$\mathrm{H}_2$ mixture on the stationary parameters of a dc glow discharge plasma ($p = 30$$–$$250$~Pa, $i_p = 20$ mA) have been carried out. Calculation data on energy distributions of electrons, integral characteristics of the electron gas, and concentrations of neutral and charged particles have been obtained.
