Electrophysical Parameters and Composition of a DC Glow Discharge Plasma in HBr/H2 Mixtures
Annotation
Model investigations of the effect of the initial composition of a HBr/H2 mixture on the stationary parameters of a dc glow discharge plasma (p=30–250~Pa, i_p = 20 mA) have been carried out. Calculation data on energy distributions of electrons, integral characteristics of the electron gas, and concentrations of neutral and charged particles have been obtained.
