High-Refractory Electroconductive Ceramic Material Based on Cerium Dioxide
Annotation
Conductance and technical characteristics of ceramics based on a solid solution of cerium dioxide with cerium pentaoxide, as well as a mixture of CeO2 and In2O2, are discussed. For temperature greater than 700 K, the CeO2Ta2O5 solid solution has conductivity >10 S/m, while the mixture with 30%In2O3 is electroconductive at a temperature more than 300 K.
