High-Refractory Electroconductive Ceramic Material Based on Cerium Dioxide
Conductance and technical characteristics of ceramics based on a solid solution of cerium dioxide with cerium pentaoxide, as well as a mixture of $\mathrm{CeO}_2$ and $\mathrm{In}_2\mathrm{O}_2$, are discussed. For temperature greater than $700$ K, the $\mathrm{CeO}_2$–$\mathrm{Ta}_2\mathrm{O}_5$ solid solution has conductivity >10 S/m, while the mixture with $30\%$$\mathrm{In}_2\mathrm{O}_3$ is electroconductive at a temperature more than $300$ K.
