Thermal cycle for direct flow, supersonic, compresorless MHD generator
New MHD generator thermal cycle is proposed which does not involve heat regeneration and high temperature heat exchanger; cycle efficiency is up to $50\%$; direct flow, supersonic, compressorless MHD generator may operate in open cycle on combustion products as well as in closed cycle with inert working gas; seeding is not used; by means of water (ice) mist injection into working gas, compression of mixture is accomplished with little change in temperature and with minimum work.
