Analysis of the application of the generalized duhamel integral for calculating the temperature field of reactor fuel elements
Annotation
A generalized Duhamel integral is proposed and used to calculate the temperature fields of fuel elements for non-steady-state flow of heat carrier and heat release varying along the length. It is shown on the basis of an approximate analysis that under conditions of non-steady-state flow and thermal flux on the wall varying sinusoidally along the length of the channel, the coefficients of heat exchange near the exit from the zone of heat release can be calculated by using the transition function for a hydrodynamically stabilized flow.
