An investigation of the optical -and -thermophysical characteristics of condensed media of polymer series under conditions of high vacuum
Annotation
A brief description is made of the optical-diagno stic module and of the experimental procedure of investigation of the optical characteristics of condensed media in the short-wave spectral range (the range of quantum energies of probing synchrotron radiation $h\nu \sim 3.5$–$25$ eV under conditions of high vacuum), and results are given of an experimental investigation of spectral reflectance and absorptance, excitation spectra, and quantum yield of luminescence of readily ablating dielectrics based on elements of the polymer series. Use is made of the Kurchatov source of synchrotron radiation at pre-threshold (for developed surface evaporation) values of power density of probing radiation $I_0\sim 10^{12}$ photon/(cm$^2$?s) and at surface temperature of condensed targets $T \sim 300$–$77$ K.
