Phonon thermal resistance under conditions of negative thermal deformation of lattice
The empirically established linear correlation between thermal resistance and thermal deformation of crystals and the theory of phonon scattering of flow of elementary thermal excitations are used to demonstrate the existence of negative phonon thermal resistance in some temperature region under conditions of negative thermal deformation of lattice.
