Experimental investigation of the spectral absorptance of quartz glasses in the wavelength region $0.25$–$1.25$ $\mu$m at high temperatures
A description of the experimental apparatus and the results of an investigation of the spectral absorptance of quartz glasses in the temperature range of $293$ to $1273$ K are given. The wavelength and temperature dependences of the spectral absorptance are discussed. The greatest difference in the values of the absorptance of quartz glasses of different types in the indicated wavelength range is found in the near ultraviolet.
