The possibilities of visualization in the case of simulation of air tornados
Annotation
Video filming and various visualization methods are used to demonstrate the possibility of studying the dynamics of free concentrated vortexes generated under laboratory conditions over an underlying surface heated from below. The visualization of vortexes is accomplished by means of magnesia and smoke particles, as well as by using a plane light knife (laser knife). The emergence and development of internal space of free air vortexes (which is an analog of “storm eye”) are studied.
